Dear friend as I've explained it before in my earlier articles, we do not always need stoch to be precisely in OS region to enter a buy position I really don't know how to describe it for you but generally you need some time working using stochastic to be able to read it correctly and get accustomed to it is movement patterns. There are many events that market is so powerful that proceeds it is way up and consequently forces to be for more time in OB place. In these conditions it is possible to enter the market and add into positions a PA pattern is seen on chart.

This system is mainly base on PA and uses stochastic just as a help.

    arz,
I know you said you use regular divergence that will help you determine when to start thinking about closing rankings. Can you ever look at hidden divergence (along with price action)to help with deciding whether to add another trade for your position? Could also be used to help decide whether to enter a beginning position in the MA cross.thanks

Yes of course. I use both sort of divergences, even I've to confess that hidden divergences work ordinary many of the times.

The major point about the chart you sent is you do not even need to search for a divergence to input. When you notice that bullish engulfing candle over EMA, that is a very clear signal to add another position. . You marked it . This red candle was only a small retrace and right then market covered the entire bears action, therefore that the market will (most likely) continue it is way up.

A good illuion of stochastic not being at OS area but right position to add to your long positions. (some guys asked about this in thread)

    Well done.

Incidentally do you mind to talk about that PA recognition indior? It appears interesting. I've quite a number of these but this one appears to be clean and it doesn't clutter the chart.

    Thanks

I place the 2MA Crossover with 1MA and 70MA therefore that it will send an email when price crosses the 70MA. The Pattern Rec. Indior will alert (and send an email I presume ) when any of those patterns you select happen. I've got mine set to reveal engulfing candles and hammers. I'd love to find something that would alert on just a bullish or bearish candle. You can sleep and only be awakened if price crossed the MA or you got a candle to add a position. Glad to help.

It also shows the space of the current market rate from the EMA (in pips) in the central middle region of the chart with a yellowish shade.

I attach it here I hope everybody it is useful.

very nice method, thank you for sharing it.

Also be sure you get the latest edition of candle pattern indior.

The one I attached works well on 5 lineup brokers. Version 3 has some bugs in it. like zero devide.

I'll watch and see whether 1.40 was a final barrier or if another attempt is made to go higher, possibly to 1.4280.

    Joyful trading today.

that's good... adhering to the plan and obeying the machine rules is the right thing to do. I did the same.

This is the summary of my positions within this previous move up: (I've numbered my positions so on chart)

    1. -25
    2. 150
    3. 100
    4. -15
    5. 95
    6. 0 (B/E)
    7. -11
    8. -22
    9. -34
    10. -15
    -------
    Complete = 223 pips profit

gt;gt; People positions circled green are those never got stopped out until today (EMA cross) and the red ones have been stopped out presents.

Not awful. This can be above 1/5 account growth (about") per week with a R/R ratio of approximately%3 for every position.

    Cheers

We should be short as per system rules, is that appropriate?
