    Hi (anonymous) Believe Forex Team,

I watch 07/04/14 that a change of speech happened, on 28/07/14 TF Global had a 'restructure of types' and on 06/08/14 TF Global'd 'Pds In-Use Notice - From Body Corporate (FS88B)' which usually means that a sale has occurred.

I see there's no more links/ties to the speech in Sydney.

Is this another of Chris's startups and sell offs? For the sake of any new client signups, would you prefer to deal with some of the above?

I see the drive to 'The Site' to draw the interest of new clients and to stay totally anonymous. Can you think 'website design' is enough for clients to deliver their hard earned dollars to a anonymous company? This appears to be a naive approach.

    And this:

Cogs, what exactly are you talking about ? Your attachment is concerning a business called 69 PTY LTD which appears to be irrelevant to ThinkForex.

ThinkForex appears to be in good standing:

EDIT: Ok, I found the documents you're talking about, but since you need to pay to access them, I did not read them. What's the 69 PTY LTD company ? A business something was transfered to ? New shareholder ?

    Hi Mevo,

That's what it comes up with when searching for registers, else you've got to do a specific ABN search to get the TF Glogal particulars.

Even your details reveals an address in Chifley Tower, Sydney, MAIN BUSINESS LOCATION, 'Principle Place of Business', which is actually the same place as BT Financial, City Index, Investec, Morgan Stanley, SMBC, who are they tied up with? What are/were their roots although their company operations may now be in Melbourne as their site says? Are they connected? The general public has a right to know those. I was hounded and hounded to deposit money with them later sign up, abruptly nothing (at bloody last).

Chris used to be directly on top of those questions, my figure he has now on marketed the company like Go markets after he found that and other people. I understand what direction Go went.

I'm just carrying out due dilligence what anyone should do before they hand over their hard earned cash. And why no reply from the anonymous yet?

Honesty and transparency. Australia used to be renowned for this.

    Hello Men,

These are definitely some interesting posts and queries, and to be fair a lot of it makes no real sense to me.

    Primarily, about this comment:

I was never the owner of GO Markets, nor did I have any equity in the company. I had been an employee and a director. I had no participation in any sale of that company and I resigned out of there again in November 2011.

Likewise, I am a director and an employee in ThinkForex (TF Global Markets (Aust) Pty Ltd). I am not an owner or person.

To be honest I wish I'd owned and sold a couple of FX brokers - I'd probably have a bit more money than I do today. Feel free to petition my owners to give some shares in the company to me - I'll gladly take them!

Anyhow, dismissing all that stuff about me as a person, the firm...

there's been no change of possession, the owners of this company are exactly the same as they have been since the day it had been shaped. The infusion from a company called 69 PTY LTD that I have - it has nothing to do with ThinkForex.

Our firm, TF Global Markets (Aust) Pty Ltd, is filed under ABN 69?158?361?561 which you will easily be able to view on the ASIC register. Search for TF International and you ought to see us.

As for the current files that you emphasize, we issued a new PDS, which had a couple of small tweaks - it is possible to view it http://tools.thinkforex.com/assets/f..._Statement.pdf. I am able to confirm that I am still involved, and it had nothing to do with a sale of the company - it had been me edited and lodged the PDS with ASIC!

As for the adjustments to share structures, well it's just that - a change. Companies change their share structure, it does not mean we've been sold or anything like that.

Clearly I encourage anyone to perform the necessary due diligence prior to trading with any supplier, but I'm not sure what you are specifically searching for, but in the event that you want to call me directly, or perhaps visit me at our offices, I'll happily have a conversation.

I'm pleased to answer any queries entirely honestly - you likely remember that from when I had been active on these forums a few years ago. There wouldn't be any point lying about the company formation - since you can easily get the files throughout the ASIC site for a couple dollars.

Simply to confirm, our office is at Level 11, 636 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, VIC 3004.

    Cheers,
    Chris

I'm unsure exactly what enroll is giving that outcome above, but I can guarantee our organization address and registered address is Level 11, 636 St Kilda Road, Melbourne.

Without paying, I do not think you can see specifics, but you may see the locality is Melbourne, Vic, 3004:

What I'd say is that if companies are being setup they will often use the registered address of those attorneys or accountants assisting with the setup and then change it at a later date. I was not in the business before April 2013, so I cannot say if that was the speech of our attorney or accountant. I do know that it was that registered the notice to the change of address once we moved to our current headquarters!

    Thanks,
    Chris
