    Hi,

I Really apologise for the slowness of the Answers to Those:

I will shut everything soon and shut my account with them. But they're a bad FX business.
This is possibly not relevant to youpersonally, but is certainly relevant to everybody else. Not knowing the specific details of your account that I can not judge, but you can of course withdraw any available/unencumbered funds from the account, even when you have open positions. The only time is if you were in a managed account pool and charges etc may need to be calculated.

All ASIC regulated brokers are required to tackle RG227 benchmarks on their site, which comprises the specifics on counterparty risk (http://www.thinkforex.com/why-thinkf...ion/benchmarks). Benchmark 3 details that LPs we currently use ThinkForexs Prime Brokerage accounts are with Forex Capital Markets Ltd (regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom), Saxo Capital Markets (Australia) Pty Ltd (regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission in Australia), Capital Market Services UK Ltd (regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom), ADS Securities LLC (licenced from the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates) and LMAX Limited (regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom). Our counterparties may change without notice and regularly.

Like I say, all ASIC regulators have to detail all seven RG227 benchmarks on their site, but I am not sure that all are readily available.

We process all withdrawals on the exact same day that they are received (supposing it's before cutoff). Depending on the withdrawal method it can take varying times for your sum to get back to youpersonally, but will will process it.

    Thanks

yes. I had a draw back on my xauusd, which is okay as I am buying for longer duration price averaging. Against my duration positions that are longer, I take scalps that are brief when proper to manage draw downs. I intended to brief about 1175 but could not get access because of this outage. Bottom line, I explained the situation to tf, and they entered my brief at 1175.

What I really want to know is, as a result of this outage has anybody had a negative trade and tried to get ThinkFX to revers it.

    Hello gregosv,

Thank you for your queries. The web platform is by the nature of it . It's a simple to use platform which is good for when you're on the go. Being a web platform, matters like EAs cannot be utilized, but it still has good charting featuring a range of indiors. 1 good feature is also the range of languages however I'm not sure whether that's of interest to you.

Clearly in the event that you'd prefer a walkthrough of this platform, just give us a call and we'll be happy to assist!

    Thanks,
    Chris
