I was using Real account with ctrader. Dont believe me, go download the ctrader out of IC markets website and see if it links to pepperstone. Give me a reason why would the ctrader of IC Markets connection to pepperstone if they are direct competitor. They have to be linked/affiliated in somehow.

That is just my guess but I think the probability is high that they are both from precisely the exact same owners/founders/group.

If I were among those owners, I would not wish to put all of my eggs into one basket do? Diversify and disperse into two businesses. Stating that two distinct owners and creators are just stupid (no offense).

Look at fxcm US that got prohibited.

They charged me fees for a USD to USD broker to broker transfer when they explained it was charge free. They discount support mails and if they really do respond they take 3-4 days to respond, when IC respond within a couple hours.

If debate that two distinct leaders and founders means that probably means two firms are separate entities, isn't logical for the than I imagine, following your logic, we must not exclude possibility that Microsoft and Apple are sister companies

Today 5 Dec 2017 I attempted to draw my profits from Pepperstone but they refused to move my profits to my credit card from which I made my residue originally. I have so disappointed a lot time, I started to earn some profits, and here they refuse to send them to my charge card. They also refused to move my money to other FX broker . They say I should withdrawal my profits through my bank account where I should pay commission and the bank charges. Any suggestion what I should I do?

If it's up to $1000, then it's reasonable. If $0, subsequently PepperStone sucks...
