I have dyslexia. Because I wasn't trading with a stop loss, that loss was. Everybody laugh and can point .
I actually know somebody who closed a current GBPUSD long for about 1100 pips..but he shall remain nameless..hehe

Largest trade as in a single day? Longest run in a transaction? One currency or currency pairs exchanged in a single day? Could you be specific regarding the poll?

Basically the number of pips you've earned in a single trade from the time you opened the place to the time you shut it

However, the veterans here always tell us newbies we ought to be trading dailies or even 4HRS and upward. We have to take smaller risk because our stop loss for a daily has to be big.

Which ever system we are trading, optimistic pip is optimistic dollar. That is all it matters since we can take bigger risk to make more dollar if system 1 prove to be profittable in pips after week.

Method 2 includes a 15 second chart in which Im risking 6% per trade with a stop of 25 pips. If I make 100 pips, I earn return on my capital.

As you can see pips do not equate to dollars, nevertheless pips are all to new traders. System two could make 1/8 of the pips as system be making exactly the same amount in dollars. Would you want to make dollars, or would you want to produce pips?

Don't get too cocky though along with your risk versus reward hoping to increase your position dimensions and at the same time decreasing your stop positioning, or you are not going to be earning pips or dollars.

I believe I understand that you're refering to lot size? I exchange this way. I exchange with ten to 30 lots. So one 20 - 30 pip move will have me reach my goal of $10,000 a week a lot quicker.
