Thks It's precisely the same as a normal SMA, just it is displaced several bars forward. The 3x3 DMA is a very simple MA displaced forward 3 bars. You can do this manually on MT4 by creating a three interval SMA, clicking properties and where it states shift (displace) you kind in 3. There are other combinations like SMJones. I would advise that you do, In case you haven't read the book.
