Looking for a Price Cross MA Indior only when price closed through

Hello,

I need an indior that audibly alerts me when price crosses a MA, either down or up. Best is if it could be put to only sound the alarm when the candle is shut after price was pierced the MA in the path of the cross.

I have been looking for something like thism but not been able to find it.

Anyone could help me to enhance the following indior?

After Price closed above/below a MA, it reveals an arrow, provides sound and pop-up alert. However, it only does this intermittently ie sometimes with arrow or sounds/pop upward and sometimes not, though the criteria are fulfilled.

Any help is appreciated.
