At first, this can be a newbie question. While I might be one, it is my personal computer to blame. This isn't the question of a programmer. Yes, I figured developers may understand what to do.
Here it is. (I'm using the most recent version of Windows Explorer 7, on Windows XP Home.) I'd used a registry cleaner / Windows 'tweaker' software (no titles, please) to accelerate my computer; instead, I got the absence of usage of a border-only separate-window popup.
You have four ways to post a chart: 'Attachments', 'Manage Attachments', the 'Insert Image' shape, and the 'Insert Link' shape. The first three do not work on my computer, and the previous one lacks immediacy to a reader.
The first two give me a separate window that's sterile and keeps running. I tried right-clicking them and nothing practical revealed: 'Save Picture' etc. on first, 'Undo' etc. on second. I deleted the separate window one and tried to open the following, identical message, and got nothing (may be normal.)
The third's picture fails to show, error message given.
I'm thinking it may be in the Explorer security place (toolsinternet optionssecuritycustom level), which to enable, disable or ask. I need some help, and really don't understand. I really don't think it's a popup blocker, since it was undone by me and restarted, and the other in 'internet options' is unchecked. I might have one from another app; I'm unsure of the.
Thanks Beforehand.
