Thread: Complex Trend Detector - Indior for MT4

  1. #1

    Hello everybody!

A sub-unit of my company's main structure worked on a trend detector implementing the hottest monetary theories to find out what was this all about.
It was motivated by the Physics Department's researches and largely from the proprietary spectral filtration procedure they'd elaborated.
A few months afterwards, a sub-unit was made and they came up with this to the Algorithmic Unit.
This indior loes out the peaks and bottoms in entropy, filters them smoothes them to finally examine the cycle it is into.

    The result (EURUSD H1):

    Here's my present to you:

    Attachment 2760730

    Make great use of this

    Best regards

What's Forex trading obtained to perform with pressures, mass of a moving thing, velocities, momentum, etc?
This is not the place for this crap. You're not Nassa and all these equations don't have a thing to do with Forex.
He went as far as speaking about spectral filtration and entropy. ....mmmmmm! What's that got to do with random forex signals. There's not any thing that's moving here, no mass of any moving thing, or pressures. In trading we're dealing with random motions of signals and signals don't have any mass. Where is the range of your frequencies? Where are your own fourier transforms, along with your Kalman filters?

    Simple!

When FlatLiner = 1, we're looking for a buying opportunity (accordingly to others tools).
When FlatLiner = -1, we're searching for a selling opportunity (accordingly to others tools).

    Simple!

PS : FlatLiner is a filter, nothing else !

    Symphoenix,

Could you please provide us a few thoughts on how one can use the indior?

    Thanks

It's possible to hunt for SyFirst_Grid: it's an EA I have shared here which uses COG as its main indior

Like Hanover stated, there's not any holy grail, only pieces of it... Best regards

    LOL.

The centers are there in post #35 for people to check the signs as exhaustively as they wish, and decide for themselves. If they believe that Flatliner was derived from NASA-based equations, or that the OP's claims weren't commercially motivated, well, good for them. forexsoutheast.asiais a funny old world.

Sure, I never said otherwise. My purpose has always been that Flatliner = Zigzag, as opposed to rocket science. Therefore, if you're able to benefit from ZZ, but you do not want it cluttering your main chart, then you could loe Flatliner useful.
