Of course, the above post was a spoof, even though there is some sense in it. If trading stresses you out, practise relaxation, or lower your exposure.

I notice you've been waiting more than two decades to get a reply. That is patience and in itself worthy of praise. I will try to answer your question from my personal perspective, without going into a lot of scientific detail:

Internal thought processes instruct a trader to constantly undergo a series of actions that are alert. In contrast, most other traders app a string of unconscious reflexive patterns to their nervous system. This programming is accomplished through amounts of repetitive, rote training in motion patterns that are being programmed. When the patterns are totally programmed a momentary thought will trigger the trader in to his next or even more programmed pattern. The trick of course would be to trigger the proper pattern for the current circumstance.
Internal thought processes specifically do not utilize unconscious, reflexive actions. Each activity is controlled by consideration that was mindful, conscious. This forces the inner head to take care of a see-think-do period sequence. Comparable to martial arts, even as soon as an internal trader starts this practice, the length of the openings between see-think-do are so large that is much slower compared to his unconscious reflexive believing counterpart. Henceforth the adage'To win you need to first lose.' As the inner trader continues to train, the openings involving see, think and do shorten and his trading abilities start to ch up to his externally processed activities. When the inner trader has eliminated the openings, his thought and action become one. At this point, he becomes more accurate than his believing self. The brain can change twenty or twice, while the unconscious reflexive action trader is caught a more pattern.
The inner trader should practice trading continuously, from an early stage in their practice or they will never be able to close the gaps between see, do and think, if they are under pressure. Closing the gaps requires the ability to unwind while. If the inner trader tenses and his adrenal glands fire, his odds of staying calm and aware have been massively lessened.
Adrenaline is a power supply to an inner trader's active feelings and a detriment to his thought process. Activity is triggered by adrenaline. When a trader is hoping to develop the instinctual fight or flight styles of the creature world afterward adrenal firing should be a part of the coaching.
The inner trader must learn to trade without allowing his adrenal glands fire. This starts by learning to analyse with continuous breathing and relaxed muscles. Then the inner trader should learn to relax his emotions while setting a transaction. Finally, he should learn to feel that his adrenal and be especially careful to not stressed anything near them while trading.
Clearing the adrenal glands, to keep them from firing whilst trading, is a practice that takes many years to perfect. When prefected, this practice allows the inner trader to compete at full power and potential using an unrestriced flow of continuous concious thought.
