HERE I WILL POST MY FOREX TRADES TO ANALYZE MY PERFORMANCE, LEARN FROM MISTAKES AND IMPROVE. METHOD USED IS J16. MY STOCKS SWING TRADING PERFORMANCE IS HERE

TRADING PLAN (brief )

Total 20 transactions on demo account with the following standards:

Period 1: January 7, 2010
Time frames: Daily*and Weekly and 4H Just 4 activate setups: PB, MRB (BUOB/BEOB, DBLHC/DBHLC), IB, IPB. Position size: 2 percent of overall account ($50,000) Entry: Conservative - fracture of a signal bar Exit: Full position @FTA or next S/R or Hold if with trend. Check list 6 rules utilized (can change in the procedure if needed) Trade check list:Setup bar: PB,MRB,IB,IPB (construction ) Traffic and Space (condition) Price at Swing High/Low, PPZ, BRN (place ) Void into FTA (room to maneuver ) Signal bar size (compared to previous transfer ) My state (tired,nervous etc) INITIAL BALANCE: $48,723.89
REALIZED P/L: -$6267.68

You will find it dont stress. My very best advice would be to wait and not trade because you've got the need to trade, however beacuse you find a good setup. I did that error a few days and it usually ended bad.

Hello Ppfx, thanks for your article. Yes definetly your advice is one of those most important things in gambling IMHO. Thanks. However is among the toughest things to master too....

Well I'm going trough my charts daily. And I found a set up I like on EUR/CAD today. Still analyzing it, plenty of time until monday, but looks promising...

OK, here is a EUR/CAD daily BEOB setup.
Blue shirt is FTA, mild green box is my desired target area.
Moving to enter it onto a rest of BEOB.
