Thread: Metatrader 5 egy tester

I have followed simple instructions to generate the easiest of EA's but to no avail the egy tester will not execute transactions. Is a horizontal line in my chart and the report reveal no implementation of transactions what. Is there anybody? I utilize metatrader 4 with no problems but mt5 is really a challenge in troubleshooting. Below is an image of what I'm discussing. Any help would be a life safer. Thank you for taking an interest.

I recently changed from MT4 into MT5, and I am very happy with it especially about the possibilities of multi-currency-testing and performance optimizing.
However, the hardest part is really the order handling.
If you talk about the souce code of your EA, I might have a look into it.

1 Attachment(s) I appreciate that but I don't think it's the source code because I've tried to use all the default EA's such as the MACD that comes with it and all I get is a horizontal line on my graph along with the report remains exactly the same with the default balance. I've tried everything I know on this S.T.5 and nothing works. I've googled the problem and found nothing at all. This item is driving me crazy. It has got to be something simple. Maybe I should uninstall and reinstall the software. Unless there is something I overlooking. Thanks for the help your a real cool dude for stopping by.

I fixed the problem. I found a MT5 for mac. I was using Crossover to get mac to run windows progr. I uninstalled the app mt5 running crossover and set up the mt5 for mac and everything works without any issues. Pleased. Thank you to this insterest in helping me.
