Thread: Expert advisor eduion resources needed

Hello! I'm new to this forum, but I already know that this is a very active and helpful community.
I don't know where else to ask for such resources, so... Does someone has some sort of expert advisors for dummies ebook, or some type of reading which could help me???
I'm now considering automated trading, after years trading sensibly, time isn't on my side.
I'd like to learn all I can concerning expert advisors, how they work, live and die... Optimization, configurations, testing (in all probable ways), etc.. .

I hope there is someone out there who will help me in this new journey.

Http://www.mql4.com/ and http://www.mql5.com/ would be the official MQL4/5 community sites with a lot of free expert advisors and also a free e-book on MQL4 programming. It's a good start if you want to find out more about EA programming language.

Coders Pro did a nice tutorial. I think that it might be on his site or about tsd. . May be.

It had been a few hundred pages but broke it down relatively easily for someone determined to find out.
