The margin is too much for me - about $12,000 last time I looked on IB (Interactive Brokers). But I have charted it. Here is a pic of a 15-second chart on Ninja Trader ver 6.5, with some of my indiors. Ver 6.5 is becoming obsolete, but I have not moved my indis to ver 7 yet.
The Feb-10 March information is the last I've.
Ps: Do not understand why the pic is really big. . ???
Ps2: The pic looks better in Paint.

Which system are you currently using ?

    .
Using the 1-minute chart for the long term.
Using a tick or moments chart for entrance.
    Mainly trendlines, s/r, 123s.
I enjoy grids at 00 levels and constant distance ma channels.
I found scalping almost hopeless with MT4.
You will find futures brokers that supply a free data feed into free Ninja Trader ver 7 - see their site/forum for a list. With that you'll be able to build the kind of charts you need.

But the day margin is only 25 % of the entire margin with most brokers.

As it tends to be volatile like the russell at times careful with DAX. Slippage could possibly be an issue, even a 5 lot position is likely to slip. I believe as it can be somewhat choppy, but still liquid enough for becoming filled, that the DAX is fantastic for scalping through a hint of a fashion. In terms of margins, many brokers really have approximately 2,000 eur intraday.

A double top formation diving below our stop was affirmed by the DAX. We expect an extension of this correction toward the 200 hours at 6039 if not a move toward the important support line at 5873. However this decrease is corrective and also a new buying opportunity!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hello,

    let's continue the thread!

Today DAX meets resistance along with double shoulder so I believe it'll go down to 9932.6

Due to the low volatility of the forex market, I attempted to paper trade the FDAX. It is crazy how quickly you're able to create 10 points profit. The problem is, it is possible to loose them also. What I love to exchange are bounce of SR levels that are significant using a standard TP of 10 points.

    This example:

What I have discovered is the DAX has quite often nice trends and quite tradable ranges. I'm looking foward to exchange it again and maybe make some updates.
