Is there a method to place a straddle trade at which once one facet of the transaction implements it cancels the other automatically without the broker offering an actual OCO trading? I know there a few brokers offering OCO trades however they both have to be buy or sell not one being a buy and another being a sell.

Just a couple of brokers provide OCO orders.

But if you're able to get your hands on an API, I would suggest building the operation yourself. . .you can do anything like this, say, MetaTrader. . .but frankly, you'll find very few brokers have this functionality built in.

Have a look at their demo and you may see whether this fulfills your wishes.

Try looking at the euro and usd/ chf. These are nearly always opposites. Just buy both or sell both.
