Thread: plot arrow above/below candles high/low, not ON candlestick

    I have an indior that plots an arrow below/above a candlestick if the candle has shut AND crossed within the moving average.

    My problem:
    The arrow should be ploted above/below the candle and usually it does so. However, sometimes the arrow is ploted ON the candle, and that's my problem. What causes this and how do I fix this?
    I realized that this occurs generally when a candle lacks or has a tiny wick/shadow.

    And I also want to ask is the entire code properly written? Any need of deinitialize anything etc?

    should you alter the code as shown in the green highlights below, it is going to allow you to define a variety of pips above/below the candle high/low, where the arrows will be plotted. Not an ideal solution, but more of a workaround. Hope that helps.
