Suppose that your 2 percent is too large for the quantity when you want enter at the moment on a mean u/j day. At some point when can it be too much for one click?

For instant execution ask market makers
To the stage, on my Hotforex premium account maximum standing size is limited to 60 regular lots. The maximal that which I tried on u/j were additionally 10 lots (at the start of Tokyo semester) and it'd been stuffed with two pips slippage. But I am sure for this liquid market it won't be an issue to fulfill 100 lots readily, what I'd think about the upper limit for retail trader.
