I've acc with Deltastock. They possess the MT4 and also they have their particular platform with ECN where various providers give you quotes. I am fine with the execution. The majority of the time that the spread is less then a pips. Commissions are as low as two per lot. However, you better look after your self.

I haven't used it (I'm still demoing), but friend who brought me here uses it
