We are mindful of spikes on NZD associated pairs overnight and are investigating the situation. In the meantime, we have other currency pairs, which can be untouched. I apologise for the inconvenience.

Seems like there is a spike daily at the same time so provided that spreads dont widen, it equals easy cash.
The purpose here is that on the Alpari US account there are no spikes in price. However, on the Alpari US expert account there are these spikes. Now keep in mind these aren't demo accounts both are live. The point I'm attempting to make here is that on the account with the much bigger minimum deposit demands $10,000 (Alpari Guru ) there are these spikes in price. On the identical precise chart as the account with a $250.00 min deposit (regular Alpari standard account ) there are no spikes in price in any way.
Seems like they've experienced a problem with spikes on NZD related pairs overnight and are trying to investigate/fix it. Sounds sensible to me....
If you lost money because of an incorrect quote(s) then raise an issue with them....if you earned cash then don't forget to return!
So If I had placed the same exact long position on both my Alpari expert and regular accounts placed my stop loss's at the 0.77198 level. I'd have been stopped out to the expert but not the typical account.
I am short this pair so it doesn't have anything to do with losing cash. The point is that they just had a issue with spikes on NZD related pairs instantly on the accounts which by there own design have larger accounts. Describe to me how this can be a sensible answer.Originally Posted by ;
Why is it only a problem on the expert account's? And at the moment I am not interested in your additional currency pairs, that are untouched Im speaking about the pair which was affected.Originally Posted by ;
