Thread: Who should be responsible for live server going down?

Open second account with a different host eg Live 01
split fund into 2 accounts transaction equally if a single server fails hedge failed one on another
or split to two unique brokers
both over will not repair your connection issues. So trade with stoploss or hire vps and run crisis EA on vps
    listing goes on....

Dollar provides additional cost, it hs to be unwinded and it behaves like a stop to the opened places, in any way it ruins your egy. It might prevent from complete disaster it will ruin the profitability of any particular trade, it will be a hedge without any motive from the market. The issue is solved by vps wont . In case you didnt know, now ALL of ic market live servers were down, including their live chat support, which was offline and later you could contact them. They told me that heyr ISP was down (internet service provider). I dont understand what exactly does it have to do with an trading servers. I am not an expert in broker operations and dont understand their business details all. All that I know is that if I'd 100 lots going against me and had NO means of terminating the position, I might have lost thousands due to their stupidity. That is additional imposed risk in your own trading which has nothing to do with the price fluctuations. And it happens during the active session instances, but it would be unacceptable, if it had been at another time. It is ridiculous, I dont know the right words in english to express the fear and dissapointment that I feel from these brokers. I believe I might be moving soon due to this.
That I havent expected such a whole blackout in the scammest broker of all. Ic market appeared with a normal reputation in the recent years... As I stated before, I had some indiion of the untrustworthiness before. Their live chat Isn't always online during trading times ( dont understand what are the rules but why not? ) And they're not competent, they attempt to calm down you without really solving any problems and answering too much questions. Other brokerss affirms that I've seen provide much better support. I will quit talking sh1t about them for now but I am almost sure in my decision to move operations elsewhere.... Dont want to encounter a broker black swan!

A problem with retail brokers - you cannot shield yourself effectively! To defend yourself, you'd neet lots of money . If you have lots of money, you wont be trading with such broker. It is a circle that is closed. Unless some miracles happen. Welcome to retail hell !

Is there a necessity? A solution for you specifically would be to become more capable and make list of solutions for others. Of course that's after you stop paintings and exchange them with money that is virutal. Then you'll understand that hedging is not some trading panacea that you can call upon when you just cant exchange well or dont know what else to do (same?) .
A main problem here : So much bullshitters that have never put a live trade, pretending to be capable for every single topic. Yeah, just throw an EA, employ a vps, it will all be good ! No it will be good. The following day your change will be taken.
Really sorry for others for moving off the topic! Leaving this thread before its too late.

A broker should pay that which you lost in live server.

You'll find there's a clause about technical glitches along with a waiver.
A good broker provides voice service so you can liquidate positions if need be .

Clearly it's broker's fault, I am sure any good broker is going to accept that and then I Won't waste a Moment in Altering if they don't
