Haha too funny if you toast the account it is possible to buy me a drink as my charge Seriously though for me it was between them and Pepperstone, however IC's in Sydney so that I thought might also if I want to bust their door down they are only in town...

Back to OP - I tried IG on demo liked some of their products like one touch options but at the close of the day they act as market maker which don't sit by me.

I am trying to find basic info on the IG website....not as simple as you might think....they conceal relevant info well....not a good start....

    1) Does anyone know what would be the withdrawal and deposit charges IG fees for EU banks?

    2) Where is there live chat connection??

As far as I know that there are no withdrawal. But so I would check whether that charges they used to have an inactivity fee. I think you need to open an account to view any live data

Don't think so. IG Index is still currently running. I have an account

IG shares fell due to FCA decisions, the organization and it's company remains currently running of course.

The FCAs overhaul struck on the shares of monetary betting giants, together with IG Group faring worst following its shares fell 38% to its lowest levels in three decades, while sending competitions CMC Markets and Plus500 tumbling.

Shares have started to do and will bounce back. Big company that really does. I have no issues and have traded with them.

Hi BBHide1, I've opened a small account (as small as small can be) just to realize how their MT4 setup performs, collect some baseline information so that I could compare it with the functioning of the coming months (just to ensure their conclusion remains offering the same level of quality throughout my trading).

BTW, Yes I read they still charge an inactivity fee.

So far I can say the following...

    * No commission on EU bank transfers
    * MT4 setup sounds OK so far, I've had 5 requotes my first couple of days, then it ceased; Should I see it happen again I shall inquire with specialized assistance to find out what precisely is going on
    * The way that they charge your SWAPs is different compared to any other broker I've worked with -- I will need to get back with this one...
