Thread: Broker bankruptcies

Nobody would like to think it'll happen to them, but that happens all the time: Forex brokers go bankrupt and/or shut down suddenly. And when they do, Foreign Exchange traders don't regain their account balances, or just recover part of those. In any event, it takes a long time and it's a painful process.

With yet a new Foreign Exchange broker bankruptcy looming, I though it would be good to dust off a few examples so the new traders out there know this risk is real:Http://www.forexscamalerts.com/skyfx...cy-proceedings is the Most Recent http://www.businessinsider.com/forei...s-surge-2015-1 last year http://news.forexlive.com/!/forex-br...ocker-20150115 last year A risk you must be conscious of when choosing your Foreign Exchange broker.
