It is not a Third party EA I have been running it on the server for past 10 years and in your new Demo host it runs flawlessly.
You guys don't have a deal on MT4 servers or you'd have solved it.
You stated your support team is looking into it, so email is all bull?
You should arrive from the open and say you can't encourage MT platform.
Or Fix the issue I've sent the support all the details as you asked.
