    Haven't heard fro you r support staff yet, But did receive the following from your compliance

    As previously mentioned, Gain Capital does not encourage expert advisors, therefore sadly we cannot assist you with what might be causing the matter with the EA about the new platform. I suggest calling the EA provider for more assistance, as your EA was not developed by Gain Capital, therefore any problems you are having with this program will need to be made in your end.

    For the purposes of this FCA DISP Rules that is our Closing Response. Under the Financial Services and Markets Act, I'm obliged to inform you that if you are dissatisfied with my response or handling of your complaint, you might refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).

    If you would like to refer the matter to FOS, you ought to do so within 6 months of the date of the reaction. If you don't refer your complaint the Ombudsman won't have our permission to take into account your criticism and will be in a position to accomplish this in very restricted circumstances.     Our Compliance department has finished their review of your inquiry and consider the issue closed from our conclusion. Since you are experiencing issues with an EA we propose calling the EA supplier.

    Hello,
    It is not a Third party EA I have been running it on the server for past 10 years and in your new Demo host it runs flawlessly.
    You guys don't have a deal on MT4 servers or you'd have solved it.
    You stated your support team is looking into it, so email is all bull?
    You should arrive from the open and say you can't encourage MT platform.
    Or Fix the issue I've sent the support all the details as you asked.
