well I should probably add I withdrew my funds from Alpari to go the tax free course in the UK (Spreadbet) I get quicker fills with my spreadbet broker I ever got with Alpari, CMS Forex were quicker too.
Alpari execution is terrible slow moving markets and NO I don't news.
Apparently your in Nigeria and as is in Germany I doubt he can assist you with your Tax queries.Originally Posted by ;
For compliance reasons they will need to ask if you are registered with th FSA or in a function which could cause conflicts of interest ie banking. Theres quite a few laws here in the united kingdom and that I did the instruction on them although I worked for JP Morgan but actually can't remember much, google is king.
(4)What about the problem of classing your profit as income or capital gain?
Only applies if you live in the United Kingdom. You have to research tax laws are owned by your states.
Pls what's the issue of being class as expert/experienced trader?
Alpari won't open an account if you don't tick the expert box , again something to do with the FSA. If I remember rightly it meant if you're classed as expert Alpari did not have to segregate funds (Might be wrong)
(2)What is HMRC?
Her majesty's revenue and habits
Yes, the FSA or FCA because it is currently, came through in this instance (it took about six months for me to get). I wouldn't ever look at depositing money with a controlled broker, nor just one outside the UK.
I tell you all what, Alpair isn't currently playing with a game that is reasonable here.
I had several Brokers to pick from who hadn't been around so long as Alpari, but figured it'd be the safest bet.
I spoke to online chat encouraging asking them before hand, when I sign up as an IB and created a PAMM and invite individuals via my IB connection, will I get paid on people I invite who combine my PAMM. They said Yes. I asked again to explain and I got exactly the exact same answer.
Thus, comes cover day, just $951, maybe not a lot but its a lot to a lot of people. And just in a couple of weeks for months commission from the IB is almost double that today.
Come pay day, my IB account indies the total amount earned, then the next day it was removed from my equilibrium. I figured it was placed into my transitory account. But it wasn't. . After about 6 emails with these people (they never give you the response you're searching for, wasting hours), and eventually I got a response saying they don't pay commissions to IB customers who refer others to their PAMM account.
WHAT!!!!!!
WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE IF IM THE PAMM MANAGER OR SOMEONE ELSE IS.
They specifically said that when IB's invite customers to INVEST to a PAMM, the IB client gets paid. Says on their website.
They wont cover up...
That is the most dishonest thing to do...
However, I tell you that, if they dont cover up. My PAMM'll be shutting down and telling my customers to go else where and to not exchange again - and I've got a large after.
PAY UP ALPARI!
Hello. It's specifically said that IB's don't receive IB comission from clients, attracted into the spouse's own PAMM, pecause this spouse already earns cash from her or his PAMM manager's comission:Originally Posted by ;

Please, accept our apology. We will make it clear on our site.
Nicely, your site says I get compensated.Originally Posted by ;
And your employees confirmed twice.
Your perception is messed up... The money I make my clients, im eligible to get a commission from them - even when I had been trading a standard ecn account and where each month they provide me com's...
This is the way it works...
For an ib, I work for one to bring in new clients, along with new funds. And I am paid by you for the job I did. Correct?
For me to choose a customer outside of pamms, etc, I work for them, plus they cover me.
They are completely two distinct models!
I am earning you money by bringing in clients and you are not paying! Its that simple when your site claims that I get paid on pamms.
I mean, your proportions are one of the worst in the industry, and you are ripping me off even more.
So cover please... And put your logic of payments into reality!
Please define where exactly have you found info about IB comission payments around the PAMM account of this exact same IB partner on our website ( we want your my ID and also the precise time when you contacted our IB division to look further into your circumstance). Take notice, that our PAMM partnership progr (http://alpari.com/en/investor/partne...sition_partner) are separated by the IB program.Originally Posted by ;
It's your site, you may look for it. I really don't see why I should do more leg work more than I have done once I asked that your online service chat staff the question twice if I invite people to my PAMM via my IB connection if I get paid and the answer that was given, twice, was YES!Originally Posted by ;
It's not like im trading my own funds. I'm trading other people's funds. I'd know that you cant get paid trading their own money -- I wouldn't allow that either.
BUT WHEN I INVITE PEOPLE TO TRADE THEIR MONEY, I EXPECT TO GET PAID BY THE BROKER FOR PUTTING MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF VOLUME THROUGH YOUR SYSTEM THAT YOU GET PAID ON, PLAIN AND SIMPLE!
WHEN YOU GET PAID FROM THE BANKS, YOU PAY 25% OF THAT TO THE IB'S WHEN THEY TRADE OTHER PEOPLES MONEY!
What's my own organization, is my own business, if I use your platform to build my business, I have the right to charge my clients for what ever money I create them without you having a say so how much I could control...
you cant chime in and say, oh since you get paid from your clients a commission we dont ever need to cover you. WHAT? What type of logic that is messed up is that?
IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE WHAT SO EVER!
SHEESH, HAD I KNOWN I WAS GOING TO BE LIED TO, OR BE TREATED LIKE THIS, I WOULD OF GONE FOR HOTFOREX INSTEAD.

The reimbursement that partners can earn for bringing in clients who either invest in, or open a PAMM Account depends upon the sort of PAMM Account along with the share of their customer's funds in the account. Calculations for investors at the PAMM service are based and calculations for supervisors are predied on the quantity of the capital of the manager.
For Regular accounts, the partner generates 25% of their spread on transactions made by the clients they present. For ECN accounts the partner takes 30 percent of their commission on transactions made.
For example, the IB attracts Investor 2. For regular accounts, he receives 25% of their spread transactions which are made using the funds invested by the clients which he brings, and also for ECN accounts #8211; 30 percent of their commission.
