You all got a point. Thank you. Fisher755 I really think that it's a good idea. The issue here appears to be in which nation the authorities shall be contacted by an individual. Italy, Cypres, London. There appears to be many options. Well italy might not be the place since I figure (no pro on it but...) one can have registered a domain name wherever. I have a buddy here in Sweden which has a domain set up for instance in Germany. So that might not be something but the more information the better it is.

Chances are the firm originate there also. I would hunt toward this direction, if I were you.

I spoke to this Justin Cohen now.

Initially I didn't talk anything about my money. Just about trading generally. After 8, he looked forward to the FOMC. Then I mentioned my 8000 USD's withdrawals along with my money. It was that he had forgotten about me and my account. However, as I mentioned the withdrawal request his tone of voice. Much harder, annoyed and everything but friendly.
I pushed him a little bit about it and asked if this was a standard policy from Trade-24 to ignore withdrawal request for so long. Well I keept on asking about my money and he got more and more annoyed until he said: Didn't I told you that the last time that you should stop asking for the money. It is not your money.

So there we have it. Trade-24 thinks the clients money is their own money. I mean, if it is not is it, my money who money.

Jolimoey. I would help you but those criminals behind bars, if I could be of any assistance.

Yes, it might have been nice but I don't believe I can manage to employ a attorney. They usually don't come cheap.

Maybe people here that suffer from this broker can combine forces against them and split the attorney cost. That might have been nice.

It appears to be no problem to discover individuals at different broker testimonials etc that has bad encounter for this jokers. But I guess it's a whole other story to get a hold of these and... to quote trading-mast: join forces.
