I considered AVATrade a Fantastic broker. Since December 2017, the response has become very slow, chatline has been moslty offline, and it is very hard to contact customer support.
Anyone experiences the same ?

First post here, simply to inform that I'm confronting a BIG PROBLEM with AVATRADE, throughout the big drop of Feb. 6th 2018, I'm a Day-Trader, also OBVIOUSLY traded, on DJ30, and the moment I had a fantastic profit, I simply close my transactions, and now I received my account BLOCKED, also obtained edued they're accusing me of ARBITRAGE, dependent on BLOOMBERG channel rates!! By this time, TAKE CARE with AVATRADE!! . Don't utilize their solutions, and take care when you've got money spent!!
