Hello everybody,

I've a Razor account with Pepperstone, which allegedly gives these average spreads:

EURUSD - 0.16
AUDUSD - 0.27
GBPUSD- 0.49
USDJPY 0.25

https://pepperstone.com/en/forex-trading/spreads

The problem I have is that:

I have been considering the graphs for 16 hours each day for the past day, and also have noticed the spreads do not really even attain their supposed 'average' spread, let alone their 'minimum' spread, which for EURUSD will be 0.

Instead of the EURUSD average being 0.16, I have never seen it fall under 0.4 in the entire 16 hours I was looking at the graphs.

I'm starting to believe they are lying about their 'razor' spreads, while I'm stuck paying $7 commission, while still paying a 5 pip spread on GBPJPY, as an instance.

What spread does everyone else see?

EDIT: I will now finally find the EURUSD reaching a spread of 0 through these hours of low volatility, however the GBPJPY and a few other currency pairs are still not at the 24 hour average, let alone their minimum.
