TRADER BEWARE: JUNO MARKETS THE SCAM ARTIST!!!

I've been a very good customer of because March 31, 2015. I've struck frequent spikes that required my SL many experiences such as server down several times, and spread widening over the weekend. I've been very patient with this stupid broker, nevertheless this broker consistently neglect me. So many problems with this Asia's Global Broker that I think that it's maybe not Asia minded.

On March 30, 2016, I've requested a withdrawal from via Fasapay. They said unable to process via Fasapay. They said there was some restriction to send USD. I asked Fasapay's customer support regarding this problem and they told me that there's no problems. USD can be transferred by you to USD Fasapay account. But thing is suggest me to utilizing bank wire or Netteler, but I insist utilizing Fasapay because Fasapay told me no problem. I know this because I do the withdrawal from other broker utilizing Fasapy but no problem.

On April 8, 2016 I asked to utilize broker to broker move. They said, We need to send funds back to the account holder. The first account holder is using my account on Fasapay. If they really wish to move my funds to other broker, the account is under the same name. My title. So this is funny. .

On April 12, 2016 they provide me to utilize local depositor called Forex Online Changer. But I really don't wish to convert my USD. I've asked the owner of the neighborhood depositor, but Juno Market hasn't put the funds on them. Suggest me to utilize Netteler or bank cord, also said that Fasapay is having banking issues receiving USD.

On April 14, I eventually request withdrawal via bank wire.

About April 15 at 8:48AM, I've received an email confirmation that my request was processed.
Subsequently at 8:54AM, I got yet another email that said, Your withdrawal request from MT4# 21434xxxxx to get 665.51 USD was reviewed. At this time, we're unable to process your withdrawal.
Then I email Arthur Le, the CEO of about this. He replied that the withdrawal was processed via bank wire without deducting any penalties, and they shipped the complete amount. Apologies for the inconvenience.

On April 21, I've checked my bank account but there was nothing. It has been 6 days since his last email.

On April 22, I've received an email from Arthur Le that he had been in Vietnam.

On April 25, Sent him an email asking where's my money. Then got an email that he's going to exploring this.

Back to April 20, really I had been helping my friend to withdraw her cash from another broker via Fasapay. It had been works flawlessly. Just in 1 (one) day she received the funds onto her Fasapay account. Here is the screen shot of the last 5 transactions on her Fasapay:


Today I also see on website, they are doing a promotion money back bonus that fund with Fasapay:
