    Hi guys,
I'm likely to deposit on Pepperstone however I need to ask you that which could create IC and Tick better than Pepper, convincing me to change my thought.
If you could recommend one and tell me why, I would really love it

(p.s. : if this can help you, I'm a trader ((0-3 times per position)) with less than lt;15 trades per month )

IC is a good one. If you've got a account, they allow you perform paypal deposits and withdraws, which means you can avoid wire transfer fees. You should also have a look at Worldwide Prime. Their leverage is lower at 100:1 (though they'd likely let you bump it up to 200:1), but people have given them nothing but 5 star reviews. They are a broker too. They fit the bill for your trading style.

I think both are a reliable brokers but be cautious if your using IC they may alter your leverage with no notice and such thing could lead to extreme declines in you open positions not certain if pepperstone have the right to do the exact same but I suggest you check with them. Good fortune

Correction: I meant with no consent

Fantastic luck
    interesting.
I'm with IC for 3 full years now, and never altered my leverage unannounced (for brexit, and these there is advance warning).

    Hi @
what's your experience with IC? And, for what you know, in what it could be better compared to Pepperstone (if you have exp with it) ? ('cause Individuals usually tend to compare these)

I have accounts with IC, along with Axi that is a relative new account.
I believe IC has small tighter disperse, the remainder is very similar, though my Axi is opened onder that the FXA regulation.
Between my some some managed account there's a decent size deposit, no one had difficulty with obligations, etc..
Few small execution issues here and there, but I could say with no bigger problem in the past 3 decades, so, generally I am delighted with them.

Whatever you choose, I recommend you sign up with an IB to get an immediate commission reduction from the 7/lot. . .deal dependent, but 5.5$/lot is easy to find.
Not sure how frequent you plan to trade, I place thru a relative large amount of lots, so, end of the month it makes a difference.

I have been using IC for the previous 8 months, and quite satisfied with their FX trading conditions. Tight spread execution, no requotes or bs anomalies.

However, I discovered it's weak in inventory index CFD, energy, and valuable metal. They do not provide lots and max lot size is restricted to 100 or 250 lots.
Another complaint is the amount of historic data for back testing for MT5 platform. I can find around 3 month data for stock index, and around 1 year data for FX pairs. (It's hard -- if not impossible -- to import information on MT5 platform)

On the other hand, FxCM and FxPro have great stock related products. Their trading conditions for those products are simply better yet Forex pairs' disperse is not good.

Wonder if there's some good broker with tight FX disperse and decent stock/commodity solutions?
