Additionally, for ODL securities users, what are the minimum deposit requirements for opening up an account today? I understand they're utilizing currenex/hotspotfxi, however do they operate a dealing desk as well? Are there any good?

    Thanks.
Either way, in the event that you needed some type of into/answer or maybe not, I believe the min is $500 to open an account. And their appliion method is a breeze in comparison with the forms for a number of these other ones. Not a lover of their charting, however I like the platform.
That's all I know so far, I'm in the process with them right now.

I use the oanda charts. They are so good, I would be willing to see that oanda is utilizing currenex for upstream hedging.

Around EFX group, other than the long thread run by its own employee (though helpful, however you always wish to hear from somebody not from their business ), I discovered that there are almost nobody starting threads on EFX staff regarding their bad or good experience with them (unlike Oanda, FxSol, a few other that you always see new threads regarding them, poor or good,). Therefore, I would love to know if anybody trading live with ODL Securities and EFX group and what would you consider them please list their pros and cons, like

    1) Speed of execution
    2) Live expertise with their spreads throughout volative times
    3) Honesty (any questionable stop hunts, platform stinks, delay execution, etc)
    4) Other

I utilize EFX and love it. No problems. Their Guru platform has worked perfectly for me, no problems ever, and they are quite receptive to questions when I was studying it. Execution is quite fast and they have a ton of liquidity. No complaints.

Anyone is reside with ODL MT4?
What's the minimum to start an account along with the max leverage? I haven't find it within their website

    Hello FedePresident,

ODL MT4 has Maximum leverage of 100:1. Minimum to open mini account is US$1000 - if they state mini account that only means that you may trade miniature lot on the standard account (in other broker's duration ). The rate of implementation is pretty good so far as I'm concerned. The spread is pretty constant for the majority of the pairs during volatile times. They DO have dealing desks but I have no trouble getting my oder full - I haven't obtained a requote however but that might just be lucky. They paid attention on unused margin monthly.

In case you want additional details, you can contact them via email and they answer the issue very quickly.

    Hope that helps

thank you very much for your infos, really appreciated.
So they're a market maker? Do you believe that they are a broker for news trading?
What's the interest on unused margin?

    Hi FedePresident,

that I think you'll find this of some interest http://www.nfa.futures.org/basicnet/...006contrib=NFA

On March 2, 2007, NFA issued a Complaint charging ODL and Dubuque with deceptive promotional actions. The Complaint further billed ODL with failure to embrace enhanced supervisory procedures; failing to keep adequate books and records necessary and proper to conduct its business; failing to take applicable concentration charges; failing to keep adequate adjusted net capital; and failing to file financial statements with NFA in a timely manner. The Complaint also billed ODL and King with failure to supervise.

I know them do not like much people simply trade the news, if you simply trade news other broker.
They look the better option, at least do not have as much complaints as other brokers.
That matter of nfa complaints, do not look so bad as it seems, and its the one thing I see bad from them.
