    Hello everybody,

I'd really appreciate it if I could find some recommendations on a great forex broker in the united states. I want to start off with a mini account and that I would prefer a broker that has tight spreads as well as excellent customer service. With all these brokers on the market I thought I might find some fantastic feedback from your forum here and see what broker or broker's would rate among the top. I look forward to of your responses!!

    Thank You,

Well, here are Some (limited) Options:FXCM FXDD Alpari ATC Brokers M2 Forex ILQ IBFX OANDA GAIN (Forex.com) Citi FastBrokers TradeStation Interactive Brokers MB Trading Of these brokers only OANDA and IBFX offer mini accounts so far as I understand (please do correct me if I'm wrong here). Of these two, I personally have more expertise with OANDA and may confirm they do have quite capable customer service. To be fair, I do not think any FX brokerage is well known for their outstanding customer service...

a number of those additional brokers on this listing will allow you to open an account with as little as a $50 deposit - although the accounts will not let you trade lot sizes smaller than 0.01 standard lots, or even a micro. Opening a micro on EUR/USD is going to cost you ~$25 in margin so that you'll already be eating into your free margin a little on a $50 account, investing on a standard account.

Faith trader , if you're brand new to FX and you also plan on opening a mini account, which I assume means a smaller balance, the very last thing you ought to be concerned with are your spreads. Provided that you're trading with an RFED in america, your spreads will be relatively the same , and because the financial value of the pips will be negligible due to the size of your trades, I'd definitely concentrate on getting strong support and service for the learning curve. Spreads will not matter if you can not get all of the help you can get in learning how to trade fx.

Only a fast notice: FXCM accounts do allow you to trade miniature lots ($1 per pip) and micro lots (10 cents per pip). We offer 24/7 live customer support and are one of the few forex brokers that's a publicly-traded firm (NYSE ticker: FXCM). Thanks everybody for the input, I appreciate it. I think at this time I am leaning towards MB Trading. It's possible to trade miniature lots and they do possess spreads in addition to offering two different types of accounts, free and commission. On the free account there's not any additional fees, their little fee is currently in the distribute. I know that a lot of forex brokers make their money. I will probably have a peek at a couple of these other brokers to find out what I could find out. Thank you for all of the information!!

    Hi
can anybody indie the brokers for usa members without fifo rule?
    Regards

Every broker in the US abides by the NFA regulations regarding FIFO and Hedging. But several brokers have discovered work-arounds to the regs. These brokers utilize pliers in their MT4 platform. You can essentially exchange however you'd like in your MT4 platform, open as numerous places in any way as you need and close them out in any order you wish. In the broker's backoffice they see that your MT4 rankings on each pair as a single position. By way of instance, you start a 3 lot trade LONG on EUR/USD, an hour after you decide to SHORT 1 lot of EUR/USD, in your own MT4 platform you see the 2 positions. The broker only sees a single position LONG for two lots EUR/USD. Typically, if you obtain statements from the broker via email or on a web portal you will realize the positions netted as the broker sees them and NOT how it appeared to you about the MT4 platform.

In America, the next brokers offer Netting AFAIKFXDD Alpari (must request the plugin upon account opening) ATC Brokers M2 Forex Citi
