Hello Ertorque, thanks for your article. That is a demo account so I'm not proficient neither I attempt to exchange Options on Equity (shares and indices). So
BOT: 9 SEPT 47,5 PUT @ 0.90 means I BOUGHT 9 September Options of Form Put (Place is I bet on price to return, where Call option is vice versa to get extended ) for the price of $0.90 ( 1 Option represent 100 shares, therefore I restrain 900 shares).

Alternatives are really tough at the beginning, I still learning about these, yes they provide fantastic leverage but may also be dangerous because many aspects affect their worth (not just change in direction as with other instruments).

That is just one good choices resource http://www.morningstar.com

If you have some stocks in your Forex trading software, those are probably CFD's (Contracts for Difference) - I do not know much about these.

I wouldn't suggest to start with Alternatives, because you see I need this journal to be Swing - therefore it is similar to experiment for me - I would gradually buy/sell options simply to see if J16 would do the job for me here. But I need my regular main focus to be on Forex where everything is straight forward into the pip.

I do not know if this makes much sense to you. If you go into http://www.investopedia.com it's possible to get fundamental idea about Alternatives and people trade them you may see that it is going to take a lot of time to understand, in the event that you simply started then I think that it is far better to concentrate on setups instead of focusing on learning new instrument.

What broker do you use? I was seeking an adequate broker that offers stocks, futuresbut besides GFT (my current broker) couldn't found anything useful.

    Thanks Miha!
I use Thinkorswim Platform (http://www.thinkorswim.com). It is cool and its got all of the instruments you listed. Many features no more maintanance charge, and I believe is one of the best for Options!

I also heard a lot of good info about interactive brokers. So that you can check them out too.

IMHO the finest (who offer multi instuments at one loion ) are:
    http://www.thinkorswim.com
    http://www.charlesschwab.com (I think they don't offer futures)
    http://www.etrade.com
    http://www.interactivebrokers.com
http://www.saxobank.com (good but pricey, however it's possible to exchange almost all stock exchanges on earth )

    Hope that this helps
