Thread: 4H market sentiment trading

  1. #1
I post a diary for purpose of keeping track of my thoughts, hoping to view other's view on my seen setups and instructions of trading.

I also have my site here:

    http://fx-sniper.blogspot.com/

and I tweet my articles :

    http://twitter.com/

If you like you can join me on skype to coment and discuss trading ideas [especially around London available ] - look for krysztauek.

I see each 4 hour candle, my charts are timed in GMT-2, so I will post

    6:00; 10:00; 14:00; 18:00; 22:00

    London time.

I consider myself as a experienced trader currently working on my own patience and consciousness of repetitively apearing setups [so do not rush, not now, then tomorrowor day after].

I'm a great fan of James16 thread, however I enter my trades off 1M charts.
    _______

Currently I look to carefully short USDCAD [carefully because of important resistance @89.50 CADJPY]

I also wait to enter lengthy AUDUSD on several pullback and expect it to be medium term trade.

    That's it for today

I forgot to update my opinion, they're all on my blog. Here's update:

EJ - turn down? If driven by JPY crosses - I shall leave it, if by EUR itself, may be sign of enormous move down [although not much hope for that anyway, at least this could be something worth investing ]

CADJPY - there is important rising possibility, but I would not trade it on easy breakout, rather on some retracement, confluence with price action on other correlated crosses or at all.

AUDUSD - my favourite puppy made it fairly nicely, however I was targeting for longer movement. For now I'm that certain that this pair will return on 0.8666, I closed 3/4 of my place earlier, last quarter I'll hold as my egy was to leave small section for 400 pips profit. I left very broad SL on that and await re-entry possibilities.

Nothing immediately, still extremaly concentrated on longing AUDUSD.

GU - is aiming big on my 4H candle, but proceed was so quickly that it became suspicious. Such a momentum needs some break, so it's very probable that some minor reversal will occure on its way farther up...

EU plus a big mover, can be watched for confirmation of GU

GJ may turn out well too.

I didn't posted lately as nothing enough intriguing to exchange.
If you want to see all posts check my blog
    http://fx-sniper.blogspot.com/

    trading plan for this morning:

gold - I do not feel comfortable enough to real exchange it, but I will wach what would happened if shorted below 1243

    EU - long above 1.2412, fine targets: 1.2452; 1.2483; 1.2519]

Because 18-06-2010 till today that's 06-07-2010 [2 weeks and 2 trading times ] not just one great enough 4H installment happened.

I'd traded a little [obviously pain in the ass was unavoidable ]...

Finally everything turned back into my favour, also here some chort summary [you can read it on my http://fx-sniper.blogspot.com/

or get krysztauek on Skype exactly what could be even nicer [I began small trading chatroom, you are all welcome]

GU if asian session will not bring anything new, tomorrow I wait for rest of 1.52.

EU 1.2671 is an integral level that if retested tomorrow will even break [for 50 pips or more]

EJ reveals some indiions of gains. I think one or two times more and some fantastic setups will start to pop up here and there...

AUDUSD - clean OB up on daily, I like it a lot. But this is a chy trade. There is an integral resistance level @ 0.8577. I would trade this pair only if it react off this level and than slowly progress further. 0.8570 - 0.86 is the perfect TP1, than I would leave it to go possibly even to 0.87, just with adjusting SL here and there with final target @ 0.9.
To sum up, It's a 100% setup if and only if 0.8577 [or 0.86 will react first [at least 20].

Gold further fall ensures me within my risk appetite egy [in the end of the day it is all just a plogy and traders biases...]

And DJI outside bar up on top of it...

    Hello Krysztau,
your thoughts would be a lot easier to follow if you would post some charts together. Most of all I felt brought by your apparent inclination into the art of aikido . Btw, I am short on gu, also.
    Greetings with a fellow aikidoka

You have got the point there, I believe I will thou, however with some latency, as I write on the place and don't have time to play with my printscreens in the time, but I can get it done.
    Big thanks for suggestion!

And of course aikido principles [I had been practising for a 6 months, but the moment I'll settle down I'll go back to training, maybe from that September.

I wrote this today morning on my website
    http://fx-sniper.blogspot.com/:

I see 4H some first correction on USD crosses without even subsequent of JPY counterparts. That is great, as may create few signs later today or tomorrow.

On a daily GU now is breaking it's range I said last week

On a weekly DOW regained losses from preceding week, so formed 2weeks pinbar. Situation on AUDUSD.

I see too weekly pinbar up on Gold, but I would not exchange it as I'd rather expect gold to collapse.

To put it differently, there is not anything to trade right now, but I see a few potential for setups to form after today or tomorrow.

    P.S.
    will include charts later
