Ok, I think I solved the issue. I selected Allow live trading. I didn't understand that people trust so much machines to allow them to trade automatically. Personally, I exchange fibonacci and that I prefer to do it manually instead of trust a few software.

Thanks for the first Fozzy, it is working great on highly volatile pairs like G/Y and G/U

Good...I'm glad you solved the problem. The one thing I overlooked is everything you needed to perform....go figure!

Thanks for the original Fozzy, it's working great on exceptionally volatile pairs such as G/Y and G/U

I have a couple of thoughts.
First, If NEXTT is the same as Neuimex, isn't most of the company broke or closed? I could be wrong because I can't read German. If you reside in CH you would know more about it. I believe the Tortola office is open. Watch this thread for Swiss Banking Links and much more info. You might want to test with a broker that you want to trade with. I've used Neuimex and EAs worked on their platform. The transaction reports had the name Gimex in the very top. There are a MT4 brokers that don't allow the use of experts or monitoring stops or micro lots for that matter until you request the option switched on. In the event the use of experts was disabled with your broker it must show up in the logs once the EA attempted to trade.

Secondly, you'll get more transactions with the BB attribute turned off and it is good for testing to begin with. When you look back and find in which you know there was a Fozzy cross notice the date. Then look at the Journal and Expert logs for that day as well as the day before and after. It must show that the EA attempted to initiate a transaction. There should be some error message. Another great method is to open the Journal and Expert logs beginning with the first day of trading for the week and then follow them to present. You should see where the EA was initiated for each chart to begin with and logins etc.. It must show some tried trades. The tried transactions could have a time stamp that would be what your local time is currently at 0 GMT. I'm presuming there has been at least one Fozzy cross on your charts this week and that your using daily charts using the EA set to trade 0 GMT.

The Terminal journal indies that the Expert has loaded in each case but there are not any entries in the Expert journal.

Just to affirm to BeachBum - the experts are permitted and allow active trading too.

I have run with and without BB filter. There are signs in the egy tester but they are not present in the'live' screen.

I wonder if it is a Broker issue? I use NEXTT as a suitable platform - of my transactions are put using FS Spreads so the account is a demonion one.

I will try out using the Alpari platform - what is the view on the most dependable platform? I just changed to NEXTT because the MetaTrader (MetaQuotes) I was using tended to drop the connection periodically - not useful in the middle of a trade!

I truly appreciate everybody's help from the way.

I'm pretty sure it is because Neuimex has ceased trading...

    Try again with StrategybuilderFX

I don't know why you do not get entries in the Pros tab . Close to MT4 and restart it assess both windows. I just did that after loading v2.1 on some charts. Below are the results from Pros and the 2 logs Journal. You don't need to start the log files look in the windows onto the platform. Remember about the platform the newest lineup is on top as shown below.

You must have entries in the Experts Log at startup for the EAs to work. You may examine the entries I have here. All the entrances are from the very first few seconds after beginning the platform. Although I am not currently using this EA I understand the EA would create transactions since it is loaded. I used this EA for months. I don't mean that as an insult but I trust you understand you need to have the MT4 platform available using the EAs running 24 hours a day in addition to being on the net full time in order for those EAs to operate correctly. TPO and I agree. Alter your evaluations to some other platform. It's an easy way to rule out the Neuimex issue.

    AhA!
Just downloaded StrategyBuilderFX4 and a completely different picture emerges. There are currently entries in the journal and the specialist log - no signs as yet but I don't doubt there'll be. SBFX4 is actually quite a bit different to the NEXTT platform .

Just to be clear, I'm in the united kingdom so how do I treat the GMT time with this platform? The BBs will turn off to the moment and determine what signs arise but I'm very optimistic.

    Thanks everyone for the help/

Great. Glad it is on the right path.

When I remember right placing GMT to true forces the beginning of a new day to 0 server moment on your platform. It is not actually GMT unless you trade using a broker that uses a zero gmt server like IBFX. If you set it the EA checks to get a Fozzy cross at the beginning of a new bar. You want it set to false if you attempt the EA on charts. If you would like to check the email and functions you can leave GMT = false and utilize the EA on a time frame charts to secure crosses for testing purposes. Notice on daily charts or using GMT set to true the EA will arise new trades once each day at the beginning of the new daily candle. Depending upon the broker there can be a Sunday candle difficulty which can effect the quality of the signs for the first candle of the week.
