    Just to be clear, I am in the UK so how do I treat the GMT time with this platform? I will turn the BBs off and see exactly what signals arise but I am really optimistic today.

    Thanks everybody for your help/
    Hello Lavenham,

    nvwine's article is spot-on, for SBFX the 00:00 period is 10pm in the UK which is very suitable for analyzing, far better than having to wait until midnight!

    Nice to find another spreadtrade2win forum user

    Hi TPO
    Yes - I discovered this by chance. I am attempting to utilize signs that are Braintrade to be confirmed by Fozzy and on its surface, it is currently working . Basically if BT1 and BT2 signal and the pro also indies a signal then open on the upcoming daily bar and monitor with BrainTrader monitoring stop (or when I'm busy, I just set a goal of 50 -100 based upon the pair and my gut sense ).

    May sound a bit Heath Robinson but it works for me.

    That I love confirming one system with another - a few folks don't but the results are what count.

    Getting fozzy Pro to signal has been a personal challenge for me and I'm determined to get it signalling properly - normally I don't tinker with my system but this looks worth the attempt.

    I am using MeteTrader 4 to test EA.
    After tripping the EA, there are no changes on the chart exept for the upper left corner worth of RSI, Bands etc.. I tryed fozzy 2.2 and fozzy 2.1 - same result. Does anyone have any idea why?

    Thanks

    I'm uncertain what your expecting. The face on the upper right hand corner should also be there. When it is not begin reading 296 forward in this particular thread. That is an expert not a template. If you want to set up a chart to view Fozzy crosses and comprehend every time a trade should happen you need to read the Fozzy threads notably the first one. This pro's purpose is to open and then manage trades not draw lines in your chart.

    Got my initial signs on the four hour today (USD/JPY, AUD/JPY, AUD/USD, USD/CAD).

    Many thanks for everybody who helped - it seems the NEXTT server has been the problem so that I am just using Strategy FX.

    More im asking the identical question. . Could someone please clarify the trailingstop characteristic of the EA. If I wanted the EA to use 15 for example, a normal stop without using the breakeven feature what would be my preferences in the EA below?

    TrailingAct = 65; //When to start monitoring (BE Trailing Step)
    extern int TrailingStep = 25; // How much to track by
    extern int Start_BE = 40; // When to proceed to B/E

    Please be aware that I do not wish to use the breakeven feature, only a normal Trailingstop behaviour, for example: I buy EUR/GBP in 0.6793, trophy transfers 15 pips in my favour to 0.6808. This I would like to be my new stop.

    So just how do I place this. Do I set BE to TrailingAct and zero to zero? And trailingstep into 15? Will then my trailingstop be active?

    Someone please help

    So how do I set this. Can I put BE to zero? If I do what occurs to Trailingact? Like I said I just need a simple old 15pips TS like I would apply it ...
    Someone please help
    From what you have written previously I read it as you wanting your trailing stop of 15 to kick in when you are @ 15, right? With what you have written previously, by placing 0.6808 as your own stop once you've reached it, you are leaving yourself NO room to proceed. Setting a trailing stop of 15 here will mean your Stop Loss is at 0.6793 - your entrance. If this is what you need then you should perform the following:

    TrailingAct = 15
    TrailingStep = 15
    Start_BE = 15

    This may move your original SL to BE and give you a 15 pip TS if you're 15 pips up.

    I understand you said you did not care about moving to BE, but using this method you are moving your SL and locking in that trade. But even in the event that you don't transfer by having a TS of 15 kick in at 15, you SL to BE, you're achieving the same thing - just not as cleanly, IMHO.

    I hope I feel.

    Cheers,
    Art...
