Thread: Forex Litterature. Any recommendations?

    Hello everybody,

I'd love to boost my basic understanding of Currency Market trading and have decided to throw myself in written novels. It is possible to read a great deal of things online but there is something distinct about a real book. I'd love to ask you experienced traders what type of books you would suggest a newcomer like me? A name and only a few quick remarks about them will be greatly valued.

    Thanks so much!

Anything that James16 posts. Also suggest an ebook calledBird Watching in Lion Country a book that has helped me. A very good and easy read.

Technical Analysis for Dummies by Barbara Rockefeller is a fairly good one for people who aren't great at math (like me) and need help wrapping your mind around the technical side of Forex. It is still fairly beneficial, although the downside is that her publiion is geared towards inventory evaluation.

I have read Forex Made Easy by James Dicks, it has some very good advice in it but in addition, it seems biased towards advertising his own company. I am still a greenhorn so a number of the others may have some better recommendations.

I have a fx book Available, Forex Trading for Maximum Profit - The Finest Kept Secret Wall Street Away. It's has very substantial reviews on Amazon.com. However,
I'm selling it because it largely a technicians novel - I'm more into principles. I will let it go for 40 dollars incl. postage - includes CD. If anybody interested, reply to me individually. I thought I'd provide it to Forexsoutheast.asia members prior to
selling it on e-bay. I've got a 100% feedback score (mmills12a). I have a fx class from money college that contains 2 booklets and 8 cd-roms, I will sell for $75 incl. postage.

I have it. It's by Raghee, right?

    I think 40 dollars is a deal :-)

Try and get a hold of the Rob Booker put out. I think that they are an easy, simple yet amazing read.

I would add: Trading in the Zone by Mark Douglas - Check Amazon or Barnes Noble.
