Thread: Forex movies

As much as I love reading about Foreign Exchange see a movie about it and I'd like to kick back a night. I am asking for the public's response to lsit any movies that they found interesting on Foreign Exchange. It doesnt have to partiuclarly be about the Foreign Exchange market; it could be about bond or stocks or whatever related to trading.

I'm Going to get:Independent Lens Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room.
Another one I heard about was boiler room.

So the intent of this thread is to list all of the movies that you enjoyed or thoguhg sucked around trading.

    Trading Places (1983)
Old flick, humor, halarious. Eddie Murphy. Not neccesarily about forex, more about stocks but the end actually comes down to a non farm payroll release.

Not about Forex per se, but'Rogue Trader' (1999) is a fictionalization of Nick Leeson's role in bringing down Bearings through derivatives trading.

Are you sure about that? I could have ensured the end was release of the official orange harvest report. They were trying to corner orange juice , what would have to do with NFP?

NPR did a piece on Paul Tudor Jones called Trader. I have never been able to trace down it, but I was told. Could you please move it to me, if you do find it?
