I have seen this question asked soo many times and so I shall give you the answer I have found that newbies will stop thinking and start doing! WORK!

    Quote from my other post:

I'll put an end to this discussion:

I have fulfilled two fulltime traders here on FF, seen their accounts and even traded together. The one worked in Banking before moving to FX and brought some of what he learnt over to Forex and he is REALLY good trading off m15 calculated off H1 and H4 and sometimes Daily and weekly targets. He has a account today but obviously diversifies his cash into properties and stocks so that his trading is not his sole income. He has very high profitability and one afternoon he made #20 000 just from London Open on Cable and Fibre...

Another guy started out with 30 000 Dollars and has worked it up to over 600k in 18 weeks. He'd blown a little account before that but then was advised to double 3 demo accounts prior to going live and again soo he did. He said the change from demo to actual was quite easy for him that as trades were seen by him concerning pips and percentages rather than Dollars. He is currently living the fantasy trading nevertheless and reloed into an island. He had his own business moving to Forex, nothing at the fiscal market.

Stop listening to the losers on here who say it can not be done, IT CAN! 10% a month is nothing compared to what some traders can create, but it does get plogically later with larger amounts. You do not need a massive account but 5k should be seen as a minimal though my friend has told me stories of his trader buddies which I will not repeat here because no one will believe it anyways.

Keep working and keep looking! The verse from the bible which says you and hunt will find, knock and the door can be implemented here, REALLY!

I have been looking and knocking and'm finally getting there. Up 83% on my demo account in just over 6 weeks, once that is done I'll do it two more times ironing out my mistakes and finding which trades I am not great enough to exchange and which trades I do really well in and then focus on them. I don't have any doubt I will be a trader one day and that I'll earn a living.

Here is a quote from my friend:

It does take some time to examine it and get used to it. I feel that your problem is that you simply need success today, you can not have it. The market requires one to put in some brain time before you will be rewarded by it, you did not become a professional football player the first time you picked the ball up, daily, you had to work at it and still do. Trading is just like that it takes time and devotion, there are not any shortcuts. Nobody ever became a millionaire by attending any class or borrowing a system. Becoming a millionaire in gambling takes dilligence, dedication, some time and patience. You'll get knocked down a couple of times and will want to dust off yourself. At the conclusion the ones that appreciate it will be rewarded by trading and have learned its nuances. Pick a egy and practise, practise, practise. Told me it would require 10,000 hours of practise to understand a egy, he wasn't wrong.

Stick into a egy and start learning, each egy can be made profitable as long as it works for you, not anybody else, just you. Start reading some books also about analysis, there are lots of them written about demographics and they work just as well.

Quit making excuses and function you lazy bastards:-)

Just earning from FX trading requires training, skills and time to create enough to rely on. . I still am able to create small but regular profits which are sufficient to pay my invoices.

If you've gotten to this stage then you'll probably improve further in the next several years. I am still unable to be consistent.
