FXCM got thrown from the US for this practise.
As 90% of traders lose - that I can certainly see why its so profitable to take the other side of a trade

If you do not trade about 10-20-30 lots at least sometimes more, profitably, you're definitely a B publication client. All retail brokers will choose the other side of their retail trader's trades, because the typical retail trader can't trade. Do not presume your microlots will get put out into the real market.

It is not a bad thing however. On B publication you always get better and faster implementation. The main issue is, that how much more does your broker screw you? If they put spikes on the chart, or widen the spread , then your broker is scammy. But if they do not do such things, why does this matter whether your losses go to another trader, or to the broker? A failure trader will lose either way.

My broker is fair, so I do not care when I'm on B publication.
