Do brokers use bots for support staff

Do fx brokers use bot's for support staff ? When I use a chat window.

So many times I get dumb answer, no answer, or answer not related query or support bot did not read your question nicely.

The quality of support are most of the time quite awful, and not worth of time to waiste.

Are chat support staff so under edued.

Software could do better job, if it use a good knowledge base.

Attempt to use a respectable broker.
Some answers could be replied by bot however a fantastic broker will have a person at hand.

Some nano rep based product does them btw bot based support system is pretty useless to life scenario
