Thread: Help with some simple EAs

Hi folks,

I'd like to use a couple of simple EA's to enhance the efficacy of my trading. Perhaps someone can help to post ones that meet these requirements? Thank you.

Initial EA: Close all open positions (instead of needing to do this one by one. .)

Second EA: In case open profit =X, then close all open positions (whereby the value X can be upgraded every time the EA was used). I want this second EA as a $ worth as opposed to pip value for occasions once I hedge one tool against another and their individual pip values could be shing.

I also discovered this one in another older thread which helps to shut out all open positions when the total equity in the account reachesX - selected each time you use the EA. (ie all places, profit and loss, and on all available trades across different instruments). This can be very useful when you are a hedge trader, using arbitrage/divergence between different tools that are correlated, to earn profit - and you get a target. You just apply it to a chart, but it will take care of all open positions, across multiple charts.

An obvious, very important, yet easy to overlook point, I discovered when using it in demo mode now - you need to remove the EA from the chart after your positions are closed, otherwise your following rankings opened would be subject to exactly the same criteria, and closed too early.

Now to find an EA that will open transactions as soon as an arbitrage level of X percent is reached on two different instruments with two different currencies, and where multiple places could be started as the arbitrage widens, including a take profit/close position target when total equity increases to $x.. .
