I had been going by what was written rather than the charts. On the other hand, the charts should demone a 3hour ring as that is exactly what was quoted (imo)!!!

not really as my backtest lets me setup a vast range of parameters. So I can test unlimited possibilities.i have analyzed only gbpusd, optimised parameters in terms of de worth, profitability, drawback etc.. . .results I got were some 7000 pips in 2007-2010. .1600 pips in 2001-2010 for example.i have numerous excel sheets, so thats why I said raher pm me, give me mail I can send you all the stuff..posting 3000 pops with results wud likely get me banned hah

What parameters u using?i discovered It Is very helpful not to end at 7am, but 6 45 am, as most of the amazing stuff starts happening some 10, 5 min prior to the open

I did anything like the example on the first post but I set pending order 5 pips above and under the lowest and highest point and utilize TP/SL= 30 pips and close every order after US marker open.

Apologies if this has already been covered in the thread (only just begun reading it).

My main concern in the implementation of this egy is the simple fact that I've occasionally witnessed a headfake on the London openminded, any ideas on how best to overcome this or shield from it?

    Headfake breakout ?

So you might enter the transaction only some pips over (for extended) or under (for short) the box traces ... that this prob is explained several times here in the ribbon.

Yeah the word headfake comes from ice hockey in which an attacking player with the puck moves his mind in 1 way to fool the protector but really goes the other way, so exactly a false breakout...

So maybe, wait for a retest of those busted support/resistance or utilize a tight stop until price turns through with the move...
