Thread: High Risk/Low Reward Ratio Trading System

  1. #1
    It had been a month of 2, I'm trying to create a system, when you can make $10 to $3,000 in 60 consecutive win trades.
    This feels gambling on a casino than trading on Forex, forex are more flexible in term of the amount of lot you entered along with adjusting the TP/SL increases the win rate as well.

    Probably people will come condemn that 10:1 risk reward wouldn't work, attempt 1:3 risk reward instead and your account will burn before you create your first profit.

    10:1 risk reward retains a 90.91%, break even opportunity, more like 1:1 includes a 50%, like a coin flip.
    Taking the benefit of 90.91%, I want something similar to that

    Win Streak - $10
    1 - $11.00
    2 - $12.10
    3 - $13.31
    4 - $14.64
    5 - $16.11
    6 - $17.72
    7 - $19.49
    8 - $21.44
    9 - $23.58
    10 - $25.94
    11 - $28.53
    12 - $31.38
    13 - $34.52
    14 - $37.97
    15 - $41.77
    16 - $45.95
    17 - $50.54
    18 - $55.60
    19 - $61.16
    20 - $67.27
    21 - $74.00
    22 - $81.40
    23 - $89.54
    24 - $98.50
    25 - $108.35
    26 - $119.18
    27 - $131.10
    28 - $144.21
    29 - $158.63
    30 - $174.49
    31 - $191.94
    32 - $211.14
    33 - $232.25
    34 - $255.48
    35 - $281.02
    36 - $309.13
    37 - $340.04
    38 - $374.04
    39 - $411.45
    40 - $452.59
    41 - $497.85
    42 - $547.64
    43 - $602.40
    44 - $662.64
    45 - $728.90
    46 - $801.80
    47 - $881.97
    48 - $970.17
    49 - $1,067.19
    50 - $1,173.91
    51 - $1,291.30
    52 - $1,420.43
    53 - $1,562.47
    54 - $1,718.72
    55 - $1,890.59
    56 - $2,079.65
    57 - $2,287.62
    58 - $2,516.38
    59 - $2,768.01
    60 - $3,044.82

    it may be difficult, but after doing a little research with a random EA on MT4, bigger numbers of risk reward ratio do raise the percent small.
    Say 10(TP)/100(SL) will be 89%, and 20(TP)/200(SL) will be 90. X percent predied on egy tester, why 89% not 90.91%? The three pip spread is the border.

    Meanwhile, different currency pairs offer different interest, a few asking for curiosity also, so I will be trading with either pairs with reduced interest, or pairs paying you interest rates.

    Appreciate any opinion.

    I will start with $10, and upgrade sign based on MACD, Parabolic SAR, Line Break.
    Let's test out, after all $10 values just 4 star dollar java ha.

    Normal day of successive losses in a week for 20/200 is 2 weeks,
    Trending will bomb a series loss, but rarely happened continuously in week(s).
    Studies in historical statistics shows, losses in 10/100 largely happened in a trending mode.
    If sign continuously shows up in 12am to 12pm, and the currency in trending, I would not open more than 1 place for certain.
    But in reverse, 10/100 may hit win series in a day, instead of losses a day.

    Calculation in line with the win rate I am playing with, just increase minor a proportion of success rate, say, a break of 50/100 is 66.7%.
    Mine is 68%, rather than 65%

    And 11/99, is 90.6%, rather than 88%.

    If reverse registered is the enemy of this egy... Charts shows trending happened no more than 3-4 days in average then stabilize, then safe to enter transactions.

    If 20/200 = 95% win rate then, trading with interests, I feel it's the safest alternative for win streaks.

    #1 Trade
    EUR/USD Lost = -$10.00

    #2 Trade
    NZD/USD Won = $12.5

    Re-enter AUD/USD
    EP: 0.7601
    TP: 0.7688
    SL: 0.76538

    Lost = -$12.5

    For the AUD/USD I Have enter was based on the signal from EA, 83% win rate on 50 TP, 100 SL.
    It prove to be a failure, I'm seeing historic data do not 100% reflects the transactions place in the future.
    That I will need to re-calculate the win again.

    Probably the historical data frighten me you will find 1:3 Risk Reward reveals a win rate as low as 4%, that chance don't get the job done for sure, and I'm focusing trades that give 95% win rate and over. Just wish to experiment if my thinking is right.

    I am comparing the information in 2016 and 2017 based on EUR/USD, the Risk Reward remains 10:1.
    The data is to focus how many successive loses based according signal equals or over 95%, on this EA.

    0 Reduce = 1072
    1 Reduce = 138
    2 Reduce = 12
    3 Reduce = 0
    4 Reduce = 0

    So, suppose if 1072 is 100%,
    1 Consecutive Reduce will be 12.8 percent
    2 Consecutive Reduce will be 1.12 percent
    3 Consecutive Reduce will be 0 percent

    Since this info is a contrast between 2016, it may or may not be accurate but giving a statistical amount of percent what to focus on.
    This miracles me, if I should make trade after 2 successive lose.

    Let's get the stats to get 90 ~ 100% win rate.
    0 Reduce = 5232
    1 Reduce = 1095
    2 Reduce = 94
    3 Reduce = 0
    4 Reduce = 0

    Again,
    5232 = 100%
    1095 = 21%
    94 = 1.71 percent

    For 85 percent on wards
    0 Reduce = 9632
    1 Reduce = 2706
    2 Reduce = 320
    3 Reduce = 11

    Then,
    9632 = 100%
    2706 = 28.1 percent
    320 = 3.32 percent
    11 = 0.01 percent

    80 percent Onwards
    0 Reduce = 10916
    1 Reduce = 3681
    2 Reduce = 496
    3 Reduce = 24

    Subsequently,
    10916 = 100%
    3681 = 33.7 percent
    496 = 4.5 percent
    24 = 2.19 percent

    It reveals here, higher win rate has a lower consecutive loses.
    It's impossible to have 100% success rate, I have attempted enter a trade with 1 Reduce : 92 Grow, that's approximately 99% success rate, however you can't explain luck, I have lost the trade.

    I'll be upgrading when I collect additional information.
