Thread: EA for 1H Trading

SunRa Can you please make adjustments that are following in the EA?

    - Adjust the Spread so that the Buy Cease (in Eur/Usd) is 4 pips over the high of previous Down Candle. Don't change Sell Stop.

    - The EA should not Close an Open position in another hour beginning, but instead should just close the open position if an Opposite position is Opened. For instance, if a Buy Stop is triggered and following the current bar closes TP or SL is struck, and then the order should not shut. And when a Sell Stop is triggered, then the previous position should shut.

    - Only Pending orders which have not been triggered ought to be closed on beginning of next hour.

    - The EA should put Buy/Sell Stop orders on beginning of each hour, currently the EA doesn't put another Buy/Sell Stop order until the first open position is closed.

As asked, but still not profitable.

Did you get your results by really trading, or by looking at the charts?

Yes I think need to explain the results is not as mention in the very first post.
As I see the EA running exactly as the mechanical system defined.

Either looking at the charts wrongly or the specify is not 100% correct move to EA.

In case your results in the very first post are merely based on eyeballing the charts rather than forward testing, then I will be very pissed to have wasted time on this.

Backtesting with 90% modelling does not even come near the numbers you've flashed.

Not even close. Maybe the method of backtesting by eyeballing the chart have to be adjusted, but how can the characters is really nice? Or you simply calculate the trades?
