Thread: personal trading diary

  1. #1
So first post... I m beginning my own

the reason is pure personal, I wish to write down all transactions I will make. With or without comment and some picture.
And I wish to make them public, therefore this can help me to follow my rules.

I don't expect much public action here, possibly later if I'll succeed and I will collect some serious profit, this thread will probably be interesting for many others.

Anyway, you are welcomed to check.

I exchange various situations, maybe later I will explain my egies, its basically candles volume and quite simple, no so much indiors, divergencies, holygrails...

    Rules:
    *just one trade per day
*not overly tight SLs, but maximum is 500point
*every trade have two components, two takeprofits - TP1 and TP2. TP1 is basically mirrored SL /to pay the trade and TP2 can be any level I'll decide

*****THIS THREAD IS ABSOLUTELY NOT INTENDED AS INVESTMENT RECOMMEDATION. IM NOT RESPOSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY LOSS CAUSED BY COPYING MY TRADES ******

    thats all.

So, new blank account, lets go.

A trading journal has great potential for future developments to any system. You might say its a fantastic investment.

I log all my transactions with instrument, dates entered and exited, reasons/pattern/egy for opening and closing and gain/loss. This rudimentary has really helped me concentrate on doing a lot of the stuff. In reality that would be a top suggestion from me if you are 80% effective in trading (or nearly anything), do not spend more than 20% of your time trying to reduce the 20% of failures: spend at least 80 percent of your time improving the good things you are doing. Reinforce strength: do not spend an increasing number of resources on the failures.

Hello, thank you, just please keep in mind that this is my journal, for my very own retrospective /but Im pleased to see anyone here, and thank you for after/ , however there can be huge delays of my activity.
For the time being, for example, I think about to leap to market right because my pending order wasn't hitted. Will see, however that will not be informed about by me instantly. I warn you, and anyone, with copying my trades, Im not profitable trader, to be truthful .

    All of the best

    EURUSD

    promote: 1.22765 , SL: 1.23070 , TP1: 1.22412 , TP2: 1.19000

notes: anticipating M15 yellowish area crossing , untested open price, SL above powerful level, FOMC evening, market at great solid level 100 on fibo, nice M1 turning pattern pic2 /maybe/

edit1: doesnt look great, however M30 yello place occured, anticipating crossing but potential powerful uptrend

    edit2: now it looks great pictue4 M1

edit3: another M1, 5, 15, 30 yellowish area occured. Bellow the initial and bigger. That is gonna be really big, but potential huge . However, what should be the sense of consolidation ABOVE open price? uptrend? I believe that.

Edit4: nice crossing M30 / /pic5/, awaiting H1 near, if crossing too, then the right way is definitely down. But where to place SL before FOMC?

Edit5: final MT4, its ideal now, will check that on evening. Time to make something useful.

Edit6: another nice crossing H1 , I will remain in this place during the news. Open price wil be analyzed which will insure the trade, then will see.

Resume: SL hitted on FOMC -61pips
