Which time frames do you prefer to utilize? And what are the motives?

Really, it's a good choice to use one or two trading pairs initially! But, I don't think it's a good idea to use just 1 trading period frame! In my trading I use 4 time frames mostly and they're, D1, H4, H1 and M5.

When I trade, I focus on 1 Time 5min, focus on the 10 most volatile currency pairs, only have 2-3 hours to day trade Therefore the 5min candles are sufficient to find short trends

when I Place trade, focus on 1 Time daily, focus on 20 currency pairs, only need 30mins a day to trade, Much Less noise compared to time frames, Therefore its best to Grab long term trends

Some people do use only 1 time frame for part of the egy. However, I think that it's a good idea to check the others at least.

Then I've a question! In case H1 shows up trend but H4 down trend? Will you follow the uptrend? Or downtrend?

Well; I prefer to follow higher time frames context! But, usually I open my new transactions once I get same direction in most of 3 higher time frames!
